Can I purchase online or direct from the factory?

No.  We only distribute our products through Jaclyn Smith Home Upholstery locations.  Pricing may vary by location.

Where can I see all of the styles and products offered?

No dealer displays every item of the Jaclyn Smith Home Upholstery collection on their floor.  Check our Style Gallery for all available items, then use the phone number provided in the Dealer Locator to call ahead for items on display.  Keep in mind that even though a favorite may be on display, any style may be ordered from any dealer.

If I place an order, how can I check its status?

Check with the dealer that ordered the piece to receive the status of your order.  The authorized dealer will normally establish a delivery date upon ordering.

Will pieces I order separately match?

Remember that all pieces are hand made and will vary slightly from piece to piece, especially the dye lots of fabric.  However, we do try to provide the highest possible match.

Can I send my own fabric to upholstery a piece, or make items such as throw pillows?

No.  We do not currently offer this service to the public.

Can I purchase extra or replacement parts?

Yes.  Any part of an item can be ordered through the authorized Jaclyn Smith Home Upholstery dealer from which you made your purchase and is dependent on availability.

How do I care for my purchase?

We suggest using the furniture industry's recommendations for fabric and cushion care.  Professional cleaning is recommended.

What is my warranty?

The warranty for Jaclyn Smith Home Upholstery is located here.  All warranties are non-transferable and must be claimed through the dealer of purchase. After purchase fabric treatments, unauthorized repairs and exposure to animals are not covered in this warranty

How do I go about making a warranty claim?

Contact the dealer from which you made your original purchase for details.
